All Lead times start from the point Third Sun Interiors receives your chosen fabric. Lead times are an estimate and in exceptional circumstances can be subject to change.

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all chosen fabric is suitable for the intended purpose. All our recommended fabrics match or exceed the quality required for general upholstery use. We accept no responsibility for any fabric sent to us or requested that does not meet general upholstery standards. 

 

We accept no responsibility for any fabric sent to us that doesn’t reach us. Fabrics lost in transit between customer and Third Sun Interiors are the responsibility of the customer. We advise customers to send any fabrics or items to us using tracked shipping services. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all outer fabrics pass the minimum of BS5852 Part 1 smouldering cigarette test. This must be confirmed with the supplier. If the fabric does not meet this standard, the fabric must be treated prior to being sent to us and proof of this must be sent along with the fabric. All our footstools include a Schedule 3 Interliner barrier cloth and all fillings used meet UK cigarette and match resistance fire safety regulations. 

 

We ship all our footstools insured via DHL. Should you experience a problem with your delivery please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to rectify the problem with the courier. Should the problem not be resolved a refund or a replacement will be sent.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all shipping information e.g name and address is fully correct. We accept no responsibility for any failed deliveries where incorrect information has been provided.
